Fluid Art for the Soul

Get introduced to the technique of fluid art, learn about its uniqueness and create your own art to treasure. Each technique in this workshop will invovle various prompts that focus on different emotions and fears through a therapeutic journey that will end with the participants being more self aware and grateful. 

In this workshop, the participants will explore fluid art techniques like dirty pour, flower pour, flip cup, puddle pour and swirl pour. You will be using colour prompts to associate with various moods or emotions as you create your own canvases. Treat yourself to delectable snacks and beverages along with the workshop.

At the end of the workshop, you will have a stack of paintings that consist of your personal reflections, which you can take back. About the Instructor - Manoghnya Vijaya is the founder of Flodesign, that aims at creating therapeutic and experiential art workshops for all ages. As a certified art therapy coach, with an Msc degree in Social and Organisational Psychology, Manoghnya is working to blend art and psychology into fun filled experiences. She has been painting for almost 20 years now and has conducted over 70 workshops.
